Ms. Milinovich established Professional Educational Consulting in to provide schools consulting for academic success.She provides the leadership and forward thinking that have helped many schools and districts achieve educational success.

“PEC delivered everything they  promised. The first year of school is almost finished.  I’m no longer stressed and I have a great feeling of accomplishment.  I’ve learned far more this year than any education class could have taught me.  Learning and doing all these things for the first time was stressful and somewhat confusing, but I now have the knowledge to do it again easily.  I found enjoyment and a family-like atmosphere while attending the New Teacher Training(NTT) each month.  It was a place to talk openly.  Further, I felt more prepared for terms, lingo, and paperwork that other teachers already had knowledge about.  I was encouraged and inspired after many of the NTT. After most NTT meetings I was energized to make some changes in my room, so adjustments in classroom management and procedures took place.  Also, I changed assessment procedures and verbal cues during instruction. I’m truly enjoying each day and am blessed to have found something I love to do."
